MEAL PLAN
Purpose: Have a dietitian build you a meal plan based on your caloric needs and activity level. For athletes, the plan will include how fueling and hydrating your body looks different on a rest day, practice day, and competition day.
Pricing: $75/week-long meal plan
COOKING CLASSES
Purpose: Establish life-long skills as you learn cooking techniques, knife skills, and healthy fueling strategies. The theme of the class can be decided upon together. Examples include: quick and healthy lunches to bring to school, batch cooking for week-night dinners, dorm room friendly meals, and more.
Pricing: Dependent on the class, products needed & number of people attending. Contact me to build a class!
GROCERY STORE TOUR
Purpose: Learn how to navigate a grocery store. Education topics include reading nutrition labels, fresh vs. frozen vs. canned, comparing similar items, unit pricing, purchasing the right amount of food, food storage techniques, and more.
Pricing: $120/hour; maximum 6 people
PANTRY MAKEOVER
Purpose: Utilize the Registered Dietitian to learn about the food products in your pantry, refrigerator, and freezer. Together we will minimize foods with empty calories and find replacement products with higher nutritional value. Keep in mind, all foods fit! I will never tell you to not keep a certain food around, but rather help educate you on its nutrition contents and creating a space for mindful eating. The Registered Dietitian will give you tips and tricks for breaking old habits and living a healthier lifestyle. The session will include educational handouts, including a well-rounded list of foods to focus on at the grocery store. At the end of the session you will be able to confidently navigate a nutrition facts panel to determine the quality of that food.
