Compute North takes the privacy and security of personal information very seriously. Compute North will retain and use your information as permitted under this Privacy Policy and to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations (for example, if we are required to retain your information to comply with applicable tax/revenue laws), resolve disputes and enforce our agreements. We also retain log files and other information for analysis purposes.

You may choose to “unsubscribe” from email marketing communications, or you can contact us at communications@computenorth.com or +1 952-279-0550 to be removed from our email marketing lists or to terminate your membership. Please be aware that you are not able to opt out of receiving communications about your Compute North or related transactions with us unless you terminate your use of our Services.

Upon your request to terminate your membership, we will deactivate or delete your membership and information from our active database. However, some information may be retained in our files to prevent fraud, troubleshoot problems, assist with any investigations, enforce our Terms of Use and/or comply with legal requirements.

You must notify us of any change in your Personal Information by updating your Compute North membership profile through our Services. Any changes will affect only future uses of your Personal Information.
